3. How to handover monthly reward

• Customer can check the result on the Spin Wheel leaderboard in FUNZY.
• Metfone will contact to customer within the 1st day to 7th days on next month to request the customer information such as ID card/Passport and bank account number.
• The reward in cash will transfer to the winner via eMoney or local bank account within 7 days after get full information from customer.
• The prize will be considered void if the company is unable to contact the winner (after 3 attempts within a period of 3 days), or if the winner fails to provide the required information as requested by the company within 3 days from the date of the request.
• The winner has the right to forfeit the prize if they do not wish to accept it.
• In the case that the winner forfeits the prize and the prize considered void the prize will be cancelled.

4. Term and condition

• This service is available for all Metfone subscribers Prepaid and Postpaid.
• The validity period of daily/weekly/monthly packages is calculated on a 24-hour cycle.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly package will be auto renewed.
• Ticket don't have expiry date but customer can play the game that have in service while service package validity period only.
• If a customer cancels service package and registers again during the validity period of the service package, the system will not charge again, and the validity will be calculated according to the old validity period.
• This service will not be registered or provided to users without their prior consent.
